Just about to go into the last 30 minutes of trading for the day. Overall since the last post it has been really choppy. If you know how to scalp you might be into it, but longer term positions are hard to come by in this price action. I wanted to point out something I use to help keep me out of the chop. It’s the ishares lehman 20+year tres bond. Ticker is TLT. This symbol is not as liquid as I would prefer for quick day trades, but it does work well to hedge positions. In any case look below and you will see a chart of the QID and the TLT at the same time of day. They both should be going in the same direction(opposite your index futures) in normal trading. In this case tho they where not and this was a tip off to stay on the side and let the chop play itself out. Overall its worth watching this ETF.
